I am passionate about people's health and helping them learn to relax their bodies and minds naturally.  I have a lifetime of involvement in adult and youth sports and over 20 years study of Kung Fu and the connection of mind, body and spirit.

I utilize multiple modalities including Myoskeletal alignment, Myofascial techniques, Trigger point release, Hot stone therapy and Sports massage.

I specialize in working with neck, shoulder and lower back issues.
