I have 26 years of experience in Massage Therapy, Shiatsu, and Energywork specializing in deep tissue and therapeutic massage.In 2008 I became Certified in Romana's Pilates, a body conditioning system that teaches posture, alignment, and strength. my Pilates Studio is in the same facility as my Massage Therapy Studio.I enjoy working with clients who actively participate in their own health and well being.
