Teresa Marie Carpenter

My experience as a massage therapist, fitness trainer, and athlete provide me a unique set of skills to assess and treat injuries, muscular imbalances, postural problems, tightness, restrictions, and other physical problems.  I've most likely experienced many of the same problems myself so my goal is use what I have learned to restore bodies to optimal function.
