Raeann M. Cain

Raeann Cain has augmented her 21+ years as a licensed massage therapist with extensive training in holistic techniques. Staying current in the science of pain, neuroscience research, and evidence-informed therapy,  she is able to focus her practice on addressing the WHOLE person. Most importantly, she has been there. Extreme pain from a spinal injury 22+ years ago highlighted that traditional methods recommended by medical doctors were insufficient. Now she passes what she has learned, in both experience and training through her own recovery, on to her clients. Educating clients about pain and therapy designed to calm the nervous system to jumpstart self-correction has been her passion which also led to the creation of an online course about pain and will soon be launched.
