About Patrick
Patrick is the owner of Just A Great Massage and currently practices massage therapy in the Phoenix metropolitan area, providing individuals with a unique massage experience that helps to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and create an overall feeling of well-being. Patrick likes to make each massage unique, combining different modalities to provide a therapeutic yet relaxing massage. He believes that massage not only helps people feel better physically and mentally, but also helps people become more aware of how to better take care of their bodies. In addition, Patrick offers on-site chair massage to reduce stress and increase productivity for corporate employees throughout the valley.
Patrick is a 2009 graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy. He is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and licensed to practice massage therapy in the state of Arizona.
Patrick approaches massage with a therapeutic and healing intention, while working with the client to balance the body.
The Goal
The primary goal for each treatment is to decrease pain, discomfort and stress. Subsequent treatments are also geared towards increasing body awareness and addressing postural dysfunction for the prevention of re-injury. Specific programs and treatment approaches are designed for each individual, developing postural realignment, restoring balance to the body, and changing long term patterns of tension.
The Approach
Patrick takes a holistic approach to massage therapy, which means the whole body is considered in each treatment. Better results are obtained by examining and correcting the source of the pain and dysfunction rather than treating the symptoms. This holistic approach allows for balance in the body.
