Focused bodywork brings compassion for oneself to the foreground, in essence allowing you room to clear, reclaim and take fresh interest and responsibility for your inner space. Tension, pain, and congestion in the body is akin to static in the body and reflects the habitual resistance we harbor. I am a therapeutic bodyworker here to assist you in removing that resistance and moving freely. I work with people in all stages of life and health, with a particular passion for serving those with a history of or currently going through cancer treatment.
