About Ashley
I have been practicing massage since 2007. After graduating from the Connecticut Center For Massage Therapy, I have gone on to earn credentials in Hot Stone massage, Facials and FAST (Fascial Adhesion and Scar Tissue) Release Method and will continue to further my education as opportunities arise. As well, I have volunteered massage for well deserved causes such as heart disease and for school teachers. My clients range from the "World's Strongest Man" to the geriatric community. I believe massage brings a message to a receiver in teaching about their body, mind and wellness. Who knows you better than you know yourself? You may be surprised to find out what your body has been telling you, but you have not heard yet.
