Ashley E. Liles

Ashley Liles has been practicing massage since 2007. After graduating from the Connecticut Center For Massage Therapy, I have gone on to earn credentials in Hot Stone massage, Reflexology, facials and relieving headaches. I have taught classes. I am NCBTMB board and nationally certified, CPR certified, DOH license #6146 and am an AMTA member. As well, I have volunteered massage for well deserved causes such as heart disease and for school teachers. I also volunteer twice every month for a mobile food share. My clients range from the geriatric community to the WWE wrestlers. I believe massage brings a message to a receiver in teaching about their body, mind and wellness. Who knows you better than you know yourself? You may be surprised to find out what your body has been telling you, but you have not heard yet.
