I'm a massage practitioner, researcher, and educator. I have a BA in psychology, a MS in health education, a MS in marriage and family therapy, and a PhD in community and behavioral health. I apply the following therapies with presence, precision, and sensitivity to the nervous system: myofascial release, neuromuscular, craniosacral, lymph drainage, and visceral manipulation. I specialize in children and adults of all ages, digestive and respiratory conditions, cancer, pain, post-surgical, and incorporating mindfulness and self compassion practices.
