I have combined my lifelong interest in health and fitness into a massage therapy practice specializing is whole body revitalization through therapeutic massage, providing relaxation, relieving tension, and helping clients improve their quality of life and their body to relax into its natural rhythm. 

Areas of special interest in my practice are Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, and treating TMJ discomfort.

After completing their intake form each client is interviewed to access their current situation and to understand their particular concerns or issues.  After the consultation and a personalized assessment I work with the client to establish mutually agreed goals and objectives for each session.

My massage practice is based on using Swedish Massage techniques to provide clients relief from the symptoms of back/neck pain, muscle pain, postural imbalances, poor circulation, stress, tension, anxiety, and some forms of chronic pain.  Techniques used to restore pain-free living and increased mobility include deep tissue work, myofascial release, postural exercises, stretching, and relaxation therapy.

I work with most major insurance carriers Health and Wellness Discount programs.
