About
I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 1997. Moving back to New England, I specialized in pregnancy massage and labor and delivery support.
Before enertering massage school, I earned a Bachelors degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology at Tulane University.
After being in practice for several years, I went into a deep dive into energy healing and learning what is underneath the pain we all experience whether it shows up physically or emotionally. In 2003 I became a Polarity Therapist and in 2004 a RYSE teacher.
As a RYSE teacher, I teach people how to clear and manage their own energy systems. Basically, how to not take on other people’s stuff and how to fix it if you have.
I am passionate about helping people to get under the symptoms and deeply listen to themselves to cause lasting shifts in health and well-being. I look forward to hearing from you and assisting you in being your best self.
