About
As a practicing LMT for over 15 years, I have added a myriad of techniques and approaches to my skillset. From hot stone massage (my specialty), gentle lymphatic drainage, to deeper neuromuscular therapy-type work, I have the training and experience to deliver. Working on a scale from gentle to deep, light to intense and anywhere in between, I work with you to create an excellent session every time. I am also a yoga teacher, specializing in personalized therapeutic movement, breathwork, & relaxation techniques.
