I use a variety of techniques which may include: Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Myofascial and/or Therapeutic massage. CST is a light touch technique that works with the central nervous system. It helps relieve headaches as well as physical and emotional trauma, ie car accident. I am also certified in pregnancy massage, sports massage and personal training.
