As a practitioner, I’ve blended neuromuscular, orthopedic, neuro-fascial, cranio-sacral, myofascial massage strategies, and energy balancing. While treatment generally aims to resolve discomfort, restore balance, and improve circulation for stressed or damaged tissues, I recognize that the dynamics of pain are not just mechanical. Habits of our nervous system, and our beliefs about our pain demand attention if healing is to lead to resilience.  My work produces results that can be felt and recognized by my clients, and I hope, invites their best efforts on their healing journeys.
