This is my 33th year of helping people feel better. I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release. My goal is to use whatever technique your body needs to find perfect balance (homeostasis). With this 'balance' comes relief of chronic or acute pain from old or new injuries. I have been blessed to be in a profession that brings me great gratification in helping people live pain free.
