About Casey
I received my bachelor’s degree in Holistic Health from the University of Massachusetts . After earning my degree I became very interested in the human body and ways of obtaining balanced health through holistic self care.
My path led me to discover the power of therapeutic touch. Massage provides relief to people of all ages and walks of life by stimulating the body’s natural ability to heal.
I am an honors graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Colorado. I have in depth training and experience in various forms of bodywork, including: Zen Shiatsu, Swedish Massage, Normalization of Soft Tissue (NST), Integrative Bodywork, Sports and Orthopedic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Postpartum and Reflexology. In addition I have am trained in Craniosacral Therapy and Watsu.
My intention is to facilitate a heightened awareness of physical, mental and emotional components of self while increasing overall well-being.
