Graduate of The Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. I take an integrative approach to my sessions by incorporating a number of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofacial, Hot Stone and Assisted Stretching techniques that are personalized for each client in order to help them achieve their specific health and wellness goals. Recently certified as a Medical Massage Therapist in 2020 and certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist 2021. 2023 Craniosacral training including full TMJ modality.
