I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1997, and have held National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork through NCBTMB since 1999. I have been Certified in Cranial Sacral Therapy since 2004. I am working toward certification in Neural and Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute. I use Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques and Myofascial Release every day in my practice.

My daily focus is to help people heal physical and/or emotional trauma. I work with many forms of bodywork and energywork including Neural, Meningeal and Visceral Manipulation; Cranial Sacral Therapy; Lymphatic Drainage Therapy; Reiki; Acupressure; Trigger Point Therapy; NeuroMuscular Therapy and MyoFascial Release. Throughout my practice I rely on experience, intuition, compassion and skilled technique to restore presence and wholeness. I work together with my clients to ease them back into a more comfortable, functional body.

Taos Therapeutic Massage Group:

In 2015 I started Taos Therapeutic Massage Group. As Massage Therapists experienced in assisting recovery from chronic pain and injury, we love being part of a team for our clients' recovery.

I am experienced and skilled in stress reduction, alleviation of pain and trauma, increasing circulation and increasing muscle and joint flexibility. Conditions I treat regularly include: frozen shoulder, tennis or golf elbow, pre- and post- surgery care, rotator cuff pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, sprains and strains, nerve impingements, insomnia, TMJ dysfunction, traumatic brain injuries, tension headaches, migraines, depression, anxiety, fibro-myalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, pulled or torn muscles and ligaments, auto accident injuries, whiplash, injuries from falls and many more conditions.

Insurance Accepted:

I accept most auto insurance and workers compensation insurance. Most plans require a referral for massage therapy from an MD, DO, NP or DC.
