About
My practice is about you, the client. I have worked in the fitness field for over 30 years. In that time I have become certified in Aquatics, Cycle, Low Impact, Step, PNF Stretching, ACSM Personal Training, Pilates, and most recently Barre Forte.
I have also enjoyed the blending of that with massage, of which I have helped many with everything from plantar faisitis to TMJ dis function.
I combine both worlds in order to allow the best outcome for my clients.
