About
Massage therapy has always been a passion of mine for many years. I have performed massage on friends and family for the last 15 years while reading and keeping up on the do’s and don’ts and decided to obtain my certification in massage recently to attain a position in a field that I am passionate about. My interest in massage is to help people with physical ailments and mental issues with the form of touch therapy associated with massage therapy.
With my current education in massage along with experience and teachings in the psychology field have given me a strong understanding of how depression, anxiety and stress affects our bodies. The use of massage has been proven to help with those ailments and I intend to put my education and experience in both fields to use. Massage is also a physically demanding field and I make sure to keep myself in good physical condition so I may be able perform my massages the best I can at all times. I am also willing and eager to learn new modalities and techniques at all times.
