This class focuses in detail on the face, neck and shoulders. Most of these points affect the circulation of heaven and earth energies through the body, re-establishing the balance of Qi (energy)-----opening the "windows of the sky." The result is a glowing complexion and a relaxation of facial tension "lifting years" from the face. We will learn over 25 points (in combinations) on the face, neck, and shoulders for easy self acupressure or for use on others. This may be used as an adjunct for professionals and is excellent for self care. These techniques may also be helpful for headaches, eyestrain, sinus problems, neck and shoulder tension, stress reduction, creating a whole body sense of calm, relaxation and physical ease.
