Hydro ~ CranialSacral Balancing Therapy ~ Hydro (CSBT-Hydro) - Participants experience hydro-cranialsacral balancing therapy first hand and learn to facilitate another’s unwinding in the water. Experience the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) system, its functions, how it relates to and affects the entire body - allowing the body freedom of movement to release any stuck energies that may be the reason for discomfort. Energetic communication between the facilitator and the client allows them to become one with the movement of the water.

CSBT-Hydro further supports the client in unwinding and finding balance without the constraints imposed by gravity.  This therapy is especially popular in Arizonawhere many people have access to swimming pools.  This therapy can easily be done on an outcall basis or in recreational, educational or spa environments
