Myofascial Release Massage, Part I, Upper Body teaches you to release the chronic and acute stress, tension, and pain held in myofascial tissue. By the end of this hands-on workshop you will know how to release this unwanted stress in the chest, neck, shoulders, hands, back, and waist--the whole upper body. You will also learn to work on specific problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome and back pain. The combination of this course with Part II, Lower Body will enable you to give a complete head to toe Mysofascial Release Massage. The course includes a lavishly illustrated manual. A third course, Advanced Strokes/Evaluation and Treatment as well as a Certification Process are also available. Certified for 20 CEUs by the ABMP, NCBTMB, and BOC.
