Reiki is a popular style of energy bodywork that comes to us from Master Mikao Usui of Japan.  Reiki is one of the greatest gifts you can share with others as it is all about love, balance and empowerment.  Reiki is defined as spiritually guided life force energy.  In Reiki I we will learn the history of Reiki, the five principles of Reiki, and hand positions for treating others and self.  Students receive the Reiki Level One initiation energy transfer.  In Reiki II continue your Reiki journey and increase your ability to direct your energies to promote well-being in yourself and others.  In Reiki II you will the Reiki II symbols, learn to give a Reiki treatment to others, and learn distant healing techniques.  You will also receive the 2nd degree attunement.  Class will include lecture, discussion, meditation and hands-on practice.    With Reiki III continue your Reiki journey and increase your ability to promote wellness and balance  within yourself and others.    In Reiki III we will learn the third degree Reiki symbols, work with chakras and auras and practice giving Reiki treatments and distant healing. You will also receive the 3rd degree attunement.  This energy is pure joy and connection, oneness with all life. The Reiki III practitioner experiences an increase in their ability to channel healing energy.  Classes will include discussion, meditation, lecture and hands-on practice.  A certificate of completion will be given at the end of each session level.
