GOT YOUR BACK: FULL SPINE AND SACRUM focuses on cervical spine, thorax, scapulae, ribcage, lumbars, and sacrum.  Instruction addresses habitual and potential movement patterns; applies positional release of tension and limitation in upper, middle, and lower back; incorporates gentle isometric and isotonic resistance to enhance balance.  Provides integrative techniques to reinforce changes and to re-educate the client.  Instructor Linda McCrea, EdD, LMBT, is NCBTMB Approved CE Provider # 3286322-00.  Register online at www.onebodytouchworks.com for 16 ce hours.
