Americans See Value in Complementary and Alternative Medicine
According to survey results released in July by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), Americans spent almost $34 billion out-of-pocket on complementary and alternative care in 2007. The results are from the most recent study on complementary and alternative medicine spending.
