By Air

As a popular hub, Orlando is easily accessible.  For flight reservations to the Orlando International Airport (MCO), contact Association Travel Concepts (ATC), AMTA’s official travel management service, to receive discounts on airfare and car rental.  Book your travel reservations online directly from the ATC website  or call toll-free 1.800.458.9383. By Car

Rosen Shingle Creek is conveniently located on Universal Boulevard just off the Beachline Expressway (SR 528, Exit #2) and a half mile east of the Orange County Convention Center.

Weather and Dress

Orlando’s average daytime temperatures in September are in the 80’s, with high temperatures of 90 degrees possible.  The evenings are cooler with an average low of 72 degrees.  During the educational and general sessions, it’s suggested that you wear casual business attire.  Layered clothing is recommended for possible inclement weather and cool meeting rooms.

Semi-formal attire is suitable for the Saturday evening Dinner Dance.

Table Rentals and Class Needs

Some of the classes are hands-on and do require massage tables.  Unfortunately, there is not enough physical space for everyone to utilize their own tables.  We recommend that two to four people in a class share a massage table.  Please make table arrangements with friends prior to the convention.  For the convenience of those for whom traveling with a table may be difficult, we are happy to provide on-site table rental through MassageTableRentals.com.   Please visit their website directly to secure table rentals. AMTA assumes no responsibility for these rentals.
