An inspiring new benefit: 56% more alone time with attendees!
Last year’s most requested improvement at the
American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) National
Convention expressed by both exhibitors and
attendees is more exhibit time – especially with no
competing activities. You spoke and we’ve heard you!
Exhibit hours at the AMTA 2008 National Convention
have been increased by 85% to
25 total exhibit hours – 14 hours free of competing
activities.
In fact, there will be as much unopposed exhibit
time as there were total exhibit hours in 2007,
which means more floor traffic and greater sales!
We realize that this is a big increase in exhibit
hours, and we’re making special provisions so you
can leave the show floor for breaks when needed.
More details to follow.
For 2008, we’re also planning more traffic-building
events on the show floor, including a student’s day
on Friday afternoon and, best of all, the convention
opening reception right on the show floor on
Wednesday evening.
Arizona and the neighboring states are a big market
for massage therapists. And to make sure we get the
largest possible attendance for you, we’re planning
new attendance promotions. We’ll keep you posted in
the coming months.
Plus, we have new sponsorship services for you, as
well – all designed to help your company get the
visibility it deserves and, most important, drive
attendees to your booth.
As always, we appreciate your support and want to
show you how much we value your business. At this
year’s show, enjoy snacks, beverages and coffee at
set-up and tear down. We’ll also have morning coffee
and pastries ready for you on the show floor before
it opens.
If you haven’t booked your exhibit space, do so
today! More than two-thirds of the available booth
space is already under contract. However, great
spaces are still available if you book soon.
