Participate in FSMTB Job Task Analysis Survey by July 31

AMTA members are invited to participate in the 2012 Job Task Analysis (JTA) Survey conducted by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB).

Massage, Bodywork and Somatic Therapists with all levels of experience are needed to provide a snapshot of practice. Your participation will improve understanding of current professional practice and education. This will assist in guiding ongoing development of a fair and appropriate national licensing examination - the MBLEx - that offers public protection and enhances professional standing. Your input adds to the integrity of the process and contributes to efforts leading to portability and reciprocity of licensure for therapists.

FSMTB appreciates you sharing your expertise. They promise to carefully read and analyze all responses and comments. Results of the JTA survey will be made public.

The JTA Survey is open through July 31, 2012. Please visit www.fsmtb.org to access the 2012 Job Task Analysis Survey link in the What's New section on the home page, or start the survey now.
