There are two options for domestic shipping in the continental United States:
- Standard Ground—Parcels reach most of the U.S. destinations within 7–10 business days.
- Expedite—Parcels reach most U.S. destinations within 4–6 business days.

Manufacturer Direct Shipping
AMTA offers products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These product descriptions will state: "This product will be shipped directly from the vendor." Return & Exchange Policy
Items Sent from AMTA
New Items
Change your mind? AMTA will gladly accept products that are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in new condition, unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items to AMTA. We don't accept CODs. After 30 days from the date of purchase, AMTA will no longer accept product returns.
We’ll accept returns for The Business of Massage orders placed by a school or bookstore within 90 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be in new condition.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on AMTA clothing that has been washed or worn.
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Product(s)
We know that unfortunately products may arrive defective, damaged or incorrect. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, we'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. AMTA will pay for the defective, damaged or incorrect product to be returned to us. After 30 days from the date of purchase, AMTA will no longer accept returns on defective, damaged or incorrect products.

How do I create an account?
If you're already an AMTA member, you don't have to do anything. Simply log in using your member ID and password.
If you're not an AMTA member, you can easily and quickly create your own account. Either select Checkout from your Shopping Cart or Log-In as a new user.
How do I place an order?
If this is your first time purchasing from the AMTA Shopping Mall, you'll want to place items in your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout using our secure and easy-to-use guide. Simply choose the item to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button and proceed to "Checkout" from your Shopping Cart.
Once you've placed your first order, we'll make it even easier to order in the future as we'll have your previous billing and shipping information on file.
How can I verify my order?
You can review the status of any order you have placed by clicking on Your Account. From there, you'll be able to view your orders.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backorders are processed as quickly as the product is received by one of our many vendors. When you View Your Order, note the Estimated Ship Date.
What are your payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Do you charge a sales tax?
We charge an 8.75% sales tax for shipments to the state of Illinois.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely! Security remains a primary concern for orders placed through the AMTA website. To ensure our member and customer's online transactions to amtamassage.org are secure, all information sent to the AMTA website is encrypted by VeriSign to protect against disclosure to third parties.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
If an item does not meet your expectation, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase, within 90 days for The Business of Massage orders placed by a school or bookstore. See our Return & Exchange Policy for more information.
How do I enter a coupon or promotional code I received?
Redeeming your coupon or promotional code is easy. Simply enter the code into the "Coupon" box on the Shopping Cart page.
