I talked to the massage minder people and they said they are using the same paper as Franklin Covey (60lb). Also are using new tough plastic covers and spiral binding. So I bought it and LOVE IT!

My only complaint would be a higher quality paper. (Heavier stock). As I am in and out of my bok ALL day The multi use copy paper wasn't sturdy enough. I took the whole thing to a print shop and had it copied on a better quality paper. So I ended up spending about$ 9.00.

What a beautiful, good quality binder. So professional! Can't wait for 2010 to start so I can use it. Really love the soap note pages.
The only improvement I can think of would be divider pages to make leafing through to find something easier.

I was impressed when I got my Massage Minder! This appointment book has all the essentials needed to keep tabs on your business. I love that fact that included are the numbers to other professional organizations. I also like having the Anatomy charts handy, they help when you are doing SOAP notes. This one's a keeper! I have already referred the book to other Therapists.

I was glad to see 7-rings, just like the $75.00 appt. books at Frankilin Covey. It is stronger than 3-rings, the paper will pull out of a 3-ring binder if your going to use it everyday for a year. This is my 4th year using the same binder!

i would like to see the inside of this reminder to see if this is really what i can use oppose to purchasing it & not liking or this not being for me. As a massage therapists & other modalities i use in my practice that would help me decided. One other review said the 7 ring binder was unneccasary..
thanks,

I eagerly awaited the arrival of my new MassageMinder and, at first glance, I was extremely pleased. However, who's idea was it to make it a "7 ring" binder? They must have been out of their mind(s)!
It is not easily compatible with ANY other READILY available binder products!
I think this would have been a "no brainer" but apparently not.
For example, take (real basic stuff for the charts etc.) like page protectors, dividers or even lined binder paper for refilling paper for note taking and the like. Most stationery supply stores carry 3 ring or even 5 ring supplies. I've never even previously seen a 7 ring binder. Granted I've never LOOKED for one and yes, I can and I will individually punch more holes in my page protectors but what a pain in the behind!
Am I the only one who would like to see this "binder" more compatible? Svft - professional member Nov. '07

I Love It!
I had the travel version for 2006. {Hated the cover and spiral binding}
Revamped it myself at Office Max, but I loved the contents.
Figuring I'd treat myself to the ultimate for 2007.
I couldn't wait for 12/06 to come.
I added more paper and color dividers but I just Love It!
I will recommend it to my students and peers.
My gift certificates, fliers and brochures all have a new home.

I was initially disappointed when I first received my appt. book. There wasn't much paper inside. I thought I'd just wasted my money on an expensive binder. But, once I got into the contents I was pleased with the extra information and forms within. It has quick references for the skeletal system, trigger points and reflexology. The Professional Assoc. references are a great tool with phone numbers and websites for quick access; A simple intake form makes it quick and easy for clients to fill out; The calendar is nicely organized with inspirational quotes and business tips on each page plus lots of extras. My disappointment changed to feeling excitement and I couldn't wait to put my new appointment book to good use. One thought if I was to change anything, I would make it smaller in size for ease of carrying or fitting into carry case pockets since I do home massages and have to carry everything the present size is a bit cumbersome.

This is absolutely the most amazing calendar ever put together for a massage therapist. I immediately took my current calendar and transferred everything just to use October, November and December. I have been able to keep better track of payments, refer other clients and therapist to needed information and have been able to have a quick reference guide when out and about talking to someone about Trigger Points. This is a MUST HAVE for all therapists. Not just massage therapists.
