Description
I am looking for someone to help me volunteer at a women's shelter and resource center in downtown Spokane. Many of the ladies are homeless or live in low-income housing because they have disablilties or mental illness. They love chair massage, and I recently injured myself and need to have someone either take over or share the volunteer time with me. The staff there is great, and are always supportive and helpful. Most of the women are in their 40s and 50s.
Commitment
This is a very flexible volunteer opportunity. I have been going 1–3 p.m. on Mondays. The day and time are flexible if Monday is not the best day.
